I had to make a post about today, because it was THE HARDEST I have ever pushed myself. I did about 95% of the hardest exercise in the entire program : Max interval Circuit training. I did 100% of the hardest exercises that I can never do all of, and it was TOTALLY MENTAL. I figured out how to push my body with my mind it’s kind of weird, but I have mad exercise high.

My tips:

Focus on the ONE exercise you are doing, not even the circuit. If you think about the fact that you have an entire hour left you will surely say FUCK THIS SHIT, and stop.

 I did exercises I couldn’t normally do, by simply doing them. I know that sounds dumb and not very useful. But I did them without thinking. I focused on my breathing or something that wasn’t the pain I was feeling. (EX: The sprints into lunges. they hurt so fucking bad and they don’t seem to end ever)

ENDORPHINS ARE OUT OF CONTROL. TOMORROW IS FRIDAY. NEXT WEEK IS MY LAST WEEK OF INSANITY! (THOUGH I THINK IM DOING IT ANOTHER ROUND!!!!)

FUCK YEAH.
